The following Terms & Conditions apply between jeetabet (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", or "us") and the user ("you" or "member"). By registering or using jeetabet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with jeetabet, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one account per person is permitted
• Members of the same household may maintain separate accounts from the same IP address, provided they notify us in advance
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's details is strictly prohibited

Account Verification (KYC)

Jeetabet may verify an account at any time for security purposes. Verification is typically required in the following situations:

• Upon your first withdrawal
• When the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳10,000
• If unusual activity is detected on an account

Verification may require a clear photo of a National ID, passport, or driving licence, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (higher limits may apply for VIP members)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at jeetabet. Each offer may also carry its own specific terms and conditions.

Bonus Usage Policy

• Each specific bonus may only be claimed once per account
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met after claiming a bonus
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address, device, or household is not permitted
• The maximum withdrawable amount earned from a bonus is ৳50,000 (per bonus)
• Bets placed with bonus balance must be at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher

Cashback Terms

Daily cashback is credited directly to your main balance and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement. Cashback applies to net losses only — losses from bonus funds are not eligible.

Jeetabet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games at jeetabet:

Sports Betting

• Once all bets are finalised, no changes or cancellations are possible.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• A bet may be voided if a match starts more than 12 hours after its scheduled kick-off time
• If a bet is voided due to a delay or technical issue during live betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet will stand

Casino Games

• Bets on incomplete games due to technical errors will be voided and stakes refunded
• RNG (Random Number Generator) system is regularly audited by an independent third party
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection, it will resume from where it left off once the connection is restored.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetabet. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically placing bets to circumvent bonus terms and conditions
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches with prior knowledge or involvement
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing another user's account without authorization
• Software Bots: Placing bets using automated software

• Cooling-Off: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Take an extended break for a period of 6 months to 5 years

These features can be activated at any time from Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Once self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period has ended.
